The bee lives on all continents except for Antarctica. She loves hot areas. For some bees the desert is the best.
Some bees are solitary but others live in groups in a formation called swarn.

The house that they build is called a hive. The swarm is clearly structured:

- The Queen Bee, that creates eggs and doesn’t work,

- The Working Bees, they gather pollen and nectar, obtaining and storing honey and cleaning the hive

- The Drone Bees, they have no needle and serve only to multiply.

Like all insects, bees have the body divided into three parts: head, thorax and abdomen. The body is small and fluffy and covered with short hair. On some of the legs they have pollen baskets in which they gather the pollen of flowers. The bee has wings and a needle located at the end of the abdomen near the bag with venom.
It is colored in several colors: black, with yellow or orange, even with traces of blue or green.
Bees are ready to defend the hive with their lifes, so they sting the needle in the abdomen on whoever seems an unwelcomed guest.
Scientists believe there are 20,000 species of bees in the world. Some species were not found and others have established a name. All they say is the largest bee insect that help plants to grow because it carries pollen from flower to flower. They shall communicate to one another instead of pollen through dance only they knew.
They only sting when they feel that their hive is being attacked. In 5 minutes, an entire colony of bees can kill a cow by stinging.

After the bee stings to defend, she looses it’s needle and then dies.

A colony can have 50,000 to 60,000 worker bees.

They build their hives from the wax that they secrete in the abdomen. It is estimated that in one year a colony of bees can produce 180-225 kg of honey.

A queen can lay 3,000 eggs a day.
